2. Shipping Destinations

  • Within UAE: We currently deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
  • International Shipping: Not available. For inquiries regarding international delivery, please contact our Customer Support via the Contact Page.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Note: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

4. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or during the weekend will be processed the next working day. Delivery within 2 working days.

5. Pickup Option

You may collect your order in person or via driver from our warehouse at Al Hamra Industrial Zone, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Pickups are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Please contact us before arranging pickup.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via our trusted courier partner or through the My Account section of our website.

7. Promotions and Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over AED 300 (within UAE).
  • Promotions: Voucher codes may exclude certain products. Please refer to promo terms for details.

8. Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting Customer Support via our Contact Page.
  • Address Change: Once the order is dispatched, changes to delivery address cannot be guaranteed.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact Us: Immediately send a message with a photo to Customer Support via our Contact Page.
  2. Resolution: We’ll arrange a refund or replacement based on the case.

10. Delays and Public Holidays

Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays or due to courier limitations. We do our best to deliver on time, but unforeseen issues (like incorrect addresses) may cause delays.
