We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
- Notification Period: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Return Period: Once approved, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund (less any applicable packing and delivery costs).
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Before sending items back, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Ensure you retain copies of your transaction records for your reference.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in new condition (unopened, unworn, and in the original packaging).
- Include all original labels and tags.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 10-15 business days for processing and issuing your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. ⏳

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can:
- Return the item for a full refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item. 🔄
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to initiate a return once you receive the item. 📦❌
6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

- Customer Remorse: Free return label provided, but a restocking fee of AED 50 applies unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. 💸

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
